What you will do?
You will assist the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle and act as a product and technology expert
Understand client requirements, analyze and translate into solution
Suggest creative alternatives in addressing technical challenges
Responsible in representing the products to events, conferences
Execute POC and respond to RFPs/RFIs
What you need to have?
At least 5-7 years of working experience as a Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer
Experience on Application Performance Management domain. Knowledge on AppDynamics, Dynatrace or BMC is a big advantage
Working on Financial Market is a big plus
Interest in Big Data, Business Intelligence Domain
Knowledge on Linux, shell scripting, database and SQL
Excellent communication skill
Other Asian language skill is a big bonus
Open to travel if needed

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
