Job Description
  • Business Analyst - support global development and deployment of tools including (Agile/Waterfall): 
  • Perform requirements and business needs gathering and accurately from various stakeholders input. 
  • Perform requirements prioritization and rationalization based on the inputs from a broad set of stakeholders. 
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing (UAT), End to End testing and Smoke testing. 
  • Project management – ability to manage and deliver a project to achieve strategic business outcome (Agile/Waterfall). 
  • Ability to be an effective liaison between the Client Support Services Program Office, business subject matter experts and technology development team. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. 
  • Consistently delivers high quality service to both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong ability to be self-sufficient and set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations 
  • Bachelor degree and at least 5 years of experience in a business analysis/project management and working in Global and Regional team. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the payment solutions industry is highly preferred. 
  • Technology experience of Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce highly preferred. 
  • Team player with high level of drive and initiative is highly desired. 
  • Expertise in requirements documenting, application development, and project management methodology; PMP and CSM certified highly preferred.
