Job Description
• Lead and manage hiring activities while continuously improving the recruitment process/strategies/tools

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team on resource planning, recruiting strategy and other talent related initiatives

• Build strong relationship with offshore and local leaders, global recruitment counterparts and other cross-functional key stakeholders to communicate highly impacting updates and strategies

• Generate candidates through passive (job ads) and active (sourcing) methods

• Pre-select candidates based on CVs and phone screenings and provide the hiring manager with a solid short-list

• Conduct interviews (face-to-face and Skype) with finalist candidates

• Prepare and extend offer packages in close alignment with the local HR stakeholders

• Establish and drive relationship with vendors, partners, consultants and staffing/training agencies.

• Establish recruiting related policies, practices and operating procedures as needed

• Prepare recruitment reports for key stakeholders
