My client is a huge MNC with a multi-industry focus present globally and they are looking to bring on board a Sales Engineer for their healthcare division.
Catering to the Ophthalmologists and Optometrists in hospitals and clinics, you will be tasked with bringing in new accounts by identifying KOLs in the different accounts and building and maintaining positive working relationships with them. You will have sales targets and you will build on the accounts by providing the level of service that is expected of an MNC of their stature by frequent calls, product training and workshops. You will have your finger on the pulse of the market with a great deal of understanding of the competitor positioning, the needs of the market, consumer trends so as to come up with specific strategies to bridge any gap that there is.
You will have a Degree in Business or the Sciences with at least 5 years of ophthalmology devices sales experience to qualify for this role. Having managed small accounts or distributors will definitely be advantageous. The company offers great growth opportunities in a positive MNC environment.
