Our client is one of the leading global sports apparel MNC with a prestigious history.
  • Provide level 0 & 1 support to either businesses or internal employees that are experiencing technical or software issues
  • Setup users and monitor usage
  • Perform diagnosis on issues and follow escalation procedure in a timely manner
  • Build knowledge base on known issues and solution, providing support structure and KPI reporting.
  • Work closely with end users and follow up on requests in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participate in workshops with business and IT, providing technical consultancy and translating requirements into technology solutions
  • Coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT resources
  • Solution functionality testing, provide feedback and making sure programs are compatible with companys existing technical landscape
  • Identify and communicate system/process improvement opportunities within the internal team.
  • Document and Communicate system changes to business stakeholders, translating system functionality into business relevant language

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
  • At least 2 years experience in a technical support team/environment
  • Working Knowledge B2B technology, with focus on APIs, and web service platforms
  • Conceptual Knowledge of Microsoft windows and network environment including general understanding of internal/external access
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications
  • Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and understand the technology requirements
  • Patience, good listening skills and excellent communications skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
  • Own, escalate and resolve issues quickly with customer focus
  • Positive, can-do attitude that lifts the collective team
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems (SD, MM, FI, etc.) is a plus
  • Vision to see opportunities for improvements in the existing functionality

  • Mon Fri, 830am to 530pm
  • 1yr contract, may renew or convert depending on performance or business needs
  • Up to S$7.3K Basic+good benefits!
