Reporting to the Team Leader or manager of the System Integration and Network department, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for performing development and maintenance activity for java applications. The qualified candidate is expected to have a thorough understanding of software development life cycle and experience in delivery of the software development in an enterprise environment. The candidate is expected take a senior role in the development cycle by ensuing the results to meet the high quality insisted by the customer.
Analyze business requirements to create development, customizations, configurations, testing, deployment, administration and support activities
Ensure system or applications remain in good working order, perform routine checks and to escalate to the Project Manager should any anomaly be detected, resolve and generate reports
Design and develop reports using API provided by package software
Prepare technical documentation, participates in planning sessions on application changes, manages change process, coordinate changes within the overall change process to necessary parties
At minimum, the candidate should possess the following qualifications.
Master/ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized institution
Excellent working experience in Java, J2EE, Java Web Services, AngularJS, MVC
Knowledge of MS SQL Server technologies
Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
