Involve in at least 2 project implementation cycles. Have experience to:
o Gather user requirements
o Improve current process workflows
o Deliver project deliverables, service requests according to given project schedule and with quality
o Develop functional specifications for business users
o Develop technical specifications for technical developers
o Prepare test scripts and carry out testing
o Support user in UAT
o Provide support to maintenance activities after project implementation.
Able to lead projects and manage project scope and key stakeholders
Involve in SAP configuration to address operational service requests.
Resolve SAP / SuccessFactors issue logs reported by business users
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized and reputable university with at least 5 years of HR SAP experience.
• Consultative and able to lead user discussions, manage scope and recommend solutions. Good stakeholder analysis skills
Possess analytical, functional and technical competencies with structured approach towards problem-solving
Keen to be involved in project implementations outside HR such as SAP FICO, CRM.
Functional and Technical Competencies in following
o Must have: SAP Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Absence/Time Management, Claims Management, Performance Management & Goal Management, Learning Management System, Compensation.
o Must have: Strong project management skills. Involved in at least 2 complete cycle of project implementation
o Good to have: HR integration to SAP Financials, SAP Financials
o Good to have: ABAP background.
