User requirement and system impact analysis study to provide optimum solutions and estimated development timeliness.
Database design and maintenance, development and integration with Systen, ISM, JPJ, banks and other systems/third party service provider.
Perform application QC testing to ensure the system meets its quality goals prior to user acceptance testing.
Coordinates and supports user acceptance testing and sign off.
System/ technical/ user manual documentation and conduct training to key users on new application development and enhancement.
eBiz Provide daily supports (system problems & queries) to internal users and external users (agents) and liaise with the vendoron necessary system maintenance and supports. Ensure seamless integration with System, JPJ, ISM, banks and other systems/ third party service provider.
Familiar with IBM WebSphere application Server and UNIX AIX environment is an advantage
