Job Description


  • Ensure that applications are designed, tested and documented to standards.
  • Responsible for the development of specific part of projects.
  • Analysis, design and planning of application changes to meet business requirement.
  • Develop application documentation and user guides.
  • Control software changes and ensures documentation is maintained accurately.
  • Coordinate user acceptance test.
  • Provide user support during pre and post implementation.
  • Provide production support to SharePoint portal and application in the region.
  • Participate in feasibility studies and functional analysis of user requirements.

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT development.
  • Experience in Supporting SharePoint 2013 /Office 365 application.
  • Understand standard system development life cycle (SDLC) and agile development.
  • Structured & Business focused analysis & problem solving skills.
  • Experience in requirements gathering.
  • Knowledge of Workflow and processes – internal and external integration.
  • Broad understanding of technical issues.
  • Good analytical skill.
  • Development skills in Microsoft .net, MSSQL and SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Web-related technologies and techniques including but not limited to: HTML5, JavaScript, API, jQuery, AJAX, XML, C#, CSS and up-to-date Web-base scripting languages, platforms and techniques.
  • Tertiary qualification preferably computer science related.
