Job Description

Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
  • Support the program manager to drive the strategic people agenda program for IBG Ops across the regions including international centres T&O to :
  • Boost Employee Engagement
  • Cultivate a Learning Organisation
  • Build a Great DBS Culture
  • Effective collaboration across teams
  • Great Managers
  • Fulfilled employees
  • Communication
  • Plan and prepare communication framework and schedule,
  • Prepare program communication decks/material including EDMs, yammer posting
  • Plan and prepare the CARE e-newsletter
  • Stakeholder Management, to reach out to the various demographics at IBGO
  • Build partnerships with Regional and Singapore people champs to execute initiatives
  • Proactively establish good rapport with and engage IBGO Reg & Singapore management, HR, GSMC and T&O stakeholders as well as external vendors and social institutions to garner support for smooth delivery of initiatives
  • Change Management
  • Research and leverage new tools to enhance the CARE initiatives to be more appealing to various demographics as well as to promote use of digital engagement tools
  • Design, build, conduct learning programs and workshops to cultivate culture of learning
  • Data & Dashboard
  • Track and collate data from people champs and trainers for people agenda programs
  • Extract and analyse data from Learning Hub
  • Create insightful dashboard for management reporting
  • Maintain the shared repository for the people agenda programs
  • Project Management
  • Act as the lead to drive project execution of the initiatives
  • Track the progress of initiatives

  • Requirements
  • Degree or diploma holders in any areas
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude, core competencies and keenness to learn will be welcomed
  • Competence in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in running events, writing newsletter, designing creatives
