The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) aims to transform the delivery of Government Digital Services through the development of Smart Nation infrastructure and applications. This is achieved by facilitating collaboration with citizens and businesses to co-develop technologies, thus placing them at the heart of our work. The Geospatial Specialist Office in GovTech is set up to encourage geospatial innovation and adoption across Whole-of-Government (WoG), so as to increase productivity and promote synergistic collaboration amongst agencies. What to Expect:
Develop 3D data processing tools to address challenges in data loss
Look into 3D datasets such as CAD, BIM, IFC, etc
Develop web and/or GIS applications for analyses, AR, VR, and visualization in 3D
Explore and evaluate emerging technologies via pilot projects with agencies
How to Succeed:
Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software Engineering or a related discipline
Strong background and keen interest in software development. Good attitude and willing to learn and pick up new skills as required.
Between 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
In-depth hands-on experience and/ or knowledge on the following areas:
Application development using Python, C#, Java
Exposure to machine learning algorithms (e.g. random forest, K-means clustering, etc)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
