Develop and automate recurring tasks
Collaborate with internal users to gather and review requirements
Proactively recommend solutions
Implement new features and tools that will improve and speed up the day-to-day tasks of users
Write and review technical and user documents
Minimum Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience in developing web-based applications and backend development with Dynamic languages (PERL, Python, Ruby).
Experience with GIT, Linux, and OOP is a must
Experience in practice test-driven development
Strong in troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, attention to details
Possessing a positive attitude and motivation to learn new skills and technology

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
