Job Description :
  • Basic up to $4500 Max + AWS + VB + Allowance
  • Mon Fri, 8:30am 6pm (5 day), Central, Possesses own car
  • MNC Environment, good career progression

The successful candidate will be part of the Digital Transformation Team and empowered to drive business through collaborative relationship with account engagement teams.
He/She must demonstrate a blend of highly effective characteristics beyond his/her consulting expertise including presence in front of customers and relationship among his/her peers.
Responsibilties:
  • Become clients trusted advisor; able to understand and address clients business challenges and propose suitable solutions to the clients.
  • Demonstrate Companys value proposition effectively to clients and develop road maps for a long term relationship.
  • Be actively involved in building and qualifying business opportunities, working alongside with Accounts Team to develop and execute the account strategies.
  • Identify/develop important influencers, key decision makers and develop/ maintain a network of executive relationships including engagements at C-level
  • Identify key solution elements and work closely with a team of technical sales support/delivery team to develop the high impact solution solutions for clients.
  • Lead customer engagements from qualifying opportunities to contract negotiation.

Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma holders with at least 5 years in enterprise solutions selling/consulting experience.
  • Experienced and highly motivated with a proven track record in selling solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Workflow/Business Process Automation and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Possess good industry knowledge in key verticals such as Financial, Healthcare and/or Government Sector is a plus.
  • Possess good business acumen and excellent relationship building skills.
  • Possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, negotiation and effective presentation skills
  • Organised and analytical with critical thinking skills
