Solution Sales Specialist

Job Description
  • Responsible for setting and achieving software/solutions sales budget and gross profit objectives. Tracking, monitoring and submitting timely and accurate sales forecasts.
  • To meet or exceed the set sales budget and gross profit objectives
  • Identify software/solutions sales opportunities, prepare and implement sales plans to achieve targeted business growth.
  • Ensure that resellers, direct sales, pre-sales and post-sales are working effectively in the sales process, lead generation, registering opportunities, forecasting revenue and tracking.
  • Work closely with the sales, pre-sales and post-sales support teams to sell, deliver and support the software/solution in a successful manner.
  • Build, maintain and manage customer relationships and customer satisfaction and delight.
  • Manage internal/external customer relationships and expectations
  • To develop and build the software/solutions business, identifying and driving business opportunities for the growth of software/solution sales

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science
  • Min 3 years relevant work experience in a software/solutions sales environment
  • Experience in consultative/solution selling and account management
  • Experience in responding to formal RFIs, RFPs and tenders
  • Sales oriented, with technical acumen to articulate software/solution value proposition
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational and management skills, resourceful and innovative
  • Experience in working with and managing customers/suppliers and business partners
