Should be working in Identity and Access Management/Security domain for last consecutive 5 years
Must be working on client facing projects
Ability to own the responsibility of delivery of projects across Asean Region
Ability to accommodate 75% Travel across Asean
Ability to work together with Oracle product license sales and Consulting sales team on presales activities
Responsible for bid preparation, resource plan, project budgeting and execution
Strong understanding of Cloud Security.
Expertise on Oracle security products both on-premise and cloud which includes but not limited to Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Directory Services, Oracle API Gateway Services, Oracle CASB, Oracle Identity Cloud Services
Understanding of Oracle SaaS, Oracle PaaS and Oracle IaaS services is a plus.
Any security certification like CISSP is a plus
Strong java and programing background is a plus
Understanding of block chain concepts is a plus.
Understanding of Oracle Data Security (Data Masking, Database Vault, Transparent Data Encryption) is a plus

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
