Job Description:

Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell SPS. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, and drive improvements in new products quality and productivity.
Use your strategic thinking to help anticipate problems, recognize and eliminate barriers
Lead and maintain an optimized program management operating system for specific business segment programs.
Bring the best global thinking to your own organization and region to understand technology and management concepts required for Honeywell products and processes.

  • Responsible for leading the global NPI (New Product Introduction) projects management including Scanning, Mobility and Printer
  • Responsible for coordinating with global team to identify project issues, and drive risk assessment, mitigation implementation and minimize the impact.
  • Leading the project team to hit project goals (on schedule, on quality RTY, CPK and on cost)
  • Responsible for driving team to complete the all activities per the NPI projects checklist and NPI Process.
  • Leading MVT(Pilot run) and driving production ramp up.
  • Work with Singapore printer development site for NPI, VE/CE and EWR projects.
  • Support Singapore site leader for adhoc projects in driving revenue and productivity.
  • Bachelor's Degree of Mechanical, Electronics, etc engineering background education
  • Be familiar with product development process, and have previous success examples
  • Fluent written and oral English ability as you will be liaising with global stakeholders
  • Above three years working experience, project management experience will add the priority.
  • Microsoft office software skill such as Micro project, power point, and Excel.
