- Improve work safety and work quality - Ensure proper control and utilization of material and manpower resources - Make arrangements for facilities, equipment, materials and men required for the staging works - Ensure compliance with the policies, rules and regulations of the company and statutory requirements - Liaise with other sections, department and owners on scaffolding requisition and verify the requisition is valid - Supervise the sections workforce to ensure good discipline and safety at work - Check and verify on scaffold structure drawing and record of planks and toe boards used - Proper recording of scaffold requisition charge code for each completed job - Monitor and track scaffolding progress and manhours for reporting back to Manager - Plan and review the production work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity - Look after the safety and welfare of his workers - Ensure the discipline of his workers - Manage subcontractor and their workersJOB REQUIREMENTS

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
