Our Client is one of the well-known retail company and has built the business upon serving the ever-changing needs of people around the world. They are inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Supply Chain Assistant (Perm).

  • Handle return goods
    Manage filing
    Issue delivery order to warehouse
    Update pricelist , customer information into the system
    Inventory control
    Follow up on agents and HQ on back orders closely
    Liaise and coordinate with local forwarder and Japan HQ on shipment delivery
    Prepare PO , , credit and debit note , Tax Invoices
    Handle customer enquiries
    Apply L/C documents
    Arrange monthly shipment
    Manage order processing

  • Good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Able to handle stress and work under time pressure.

  • Location : CBD
  • Working days : 5 Days, 9.30am 5.30pm
  • Salary : S$2,500 Higher / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
