Job Description
- Perform Credit Card application maintenance in mainframe platform

- Configuration management of product source code

- Provide supports to customers

- Identify, diagnose and resolve reported problems;

- Answer customer’s queries about our product

- Disseminate new information and developments of products

- Code using COBOL language and test programs in mainframe platform

- Manage Product Support Hotline


Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze problem

- Self-motivated, committed and energetic

- Candidate must be willing to learn new knowledge and programming language

- Effective communication skills in English and Chinese 
- Diploma / University Degree in Computer Science/ Study, Information Technology or other similar
