JD As Below : Design, maintain and enhance existing and new software systems to support business requirements • Liaising with end-users to gather business specifications and provide applications support • Work closely with vendors in evaluating and supporting implementation of new developments and changes • Conducting system testing to ensure applications conform to user requirements • Reviewing software design architecture and updating technical documents Requirements • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent • At least 4 years’ experience in requirement solicitation, system design, application development and testing • Experience in object oriented analysis and design, SDLC, Team Foundation Server • Experience in software development using C#, .Net, WPF & WCF, Web Service, Database Design & SQL Scripting with MS SQL • Good analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
