Job Description
System Analyst 
  • Project Deployment 
  • Software Development 
  • Work closely with Sales Consultants in pre-sales engagements to gather customers’ requirements 
  • Propose solutions that meet customers’ needs 
  • Manage projects in implementing and delivering the proposed solutions on time 
  • Liaise  with both customers and external vendors on project implementation 
  • Provide post-sales support for projects undertaken by the team 
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of Systems Analysts is a plus 

  • Knowledge of the printing industry is an added advantage 
  • Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment 
  • A self starter and problem solver who is keen to provide total customer experience 
  • Excellent communication and people management skills 
  • PMP/CITPM certification is an added asset 
  • Experience with software knowledge in planetpress, tango, GMC will be a plus 
  • Independent and pro-active in picking up industry related skills
