Job Description
I am currently assisting one of my clients, to recruit for the position of a System Support Officer. This will be a permanent position under the payroll of my company, ITCAN Pte Ltd, but you will be based at client location to assist them with their operations. A copy of the job description has been enclosed for your perusal.

Experience: 0 to 5 years 


1. Assist supervisor to support in AMC responsibilities but not limited to:

• Monitoring alarms and incidents in APAC region and ensure prompt escalation to the relevant security managers.

• Preparation and proper dissemination of reports.

2. Effective utilization of security resources (access control and alarm response, CCTV management) to respond to alarm activation and coordinate with local GSI / GRE personnel.

3. Assist on other support services such as card access, or any other duties assigned by GSI management.

4. Assist in handling of security related matters such as emergency incidents, minor investigation, etc as assigned by GSI management.


1. Tertiary qualification in any discipline, preferably in engineering, IT or security related discipline.

2. Good written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

4. It will a shift job (either 8 hrs (morning/afternoon/evening/night) rotational shift (5 days a week) OR 12 hrs rotational shift (3 days a week).
