Supervisory and Technical Guidance
Directly supervises System Test Team Lead and Software Test Engineers including the preparation and delivery of annual staff performance evaluations, salary reviews and career development activities.
Manages the planning and execution of System Testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery dates.
Manages department and overall expectations pertaining to setting accurate schedules, costs and resources
Provides the necessary input for annual financial and capital expenditure planning.
Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of the Industry Solutions product quality assurance strategy.
Ensures delivery against organizational goals and objectives, i.e. meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule.
Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and can apply those lean, agile and product development flow principles to improve productivity, employee engagement, time to market, and quality.
Adherence to the current Software Development Process (SwDP).
Anticipate program release challenges and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
Implements ongoing quality improvement processes working with interdepartmental teams.
Work with cross-functional product development teams (product management, program management, system architecture, sales, business development, and product quality assurance) to define, refine and execute product release roadmaps by delivery of high quality product components
Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
A career QA professional with industry software experience of 10+ years and managerial responsibilities of 2+ years.
Successful track record as a 'hands on' leader of QA teams, building and managing teams of highly successful professionals.
Exceptional abilities designing/implementing test automation, test scripts, stress and load test harnesses for Client/Server and/or Cloud solutions.
Experienced ‘hands-on’ testing integrated systems; capable of understanding the details of the underlying technologies.
Experienced ‘hands-on’ cloud virtualization testing experience using Microsoft Azure (preferred platform), Amazon EC2, Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud platform technology.
High passion towards quality and making a difference within an organization.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with specific experience managing information up and down within a diverse and geographically distributed organization.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
