Talent Acquisition AD with renowned financial institution (perm role) 

•Min 10 years of related experience, including recruitment experience gained in an in house TA team with a large MNC/ institution.

•Prior external recruitment experience gained with search/recruitment firms will be an added plus.

•Strong HR business partnering skills


Our client is a global and renowned financial institution. An opportunity is now open for a seasoned talent acquisition professional at AD level to join them in the Talent Acquisition team with HR department. This is a perm role.

Job Description:

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (main emphasis on intern and contract hires; occasional permanent hires) for Singapore and overseas offices

· Partner hiring managers in the talent selection process including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, advising on market updates/candidate movements and compensation benchmarking

· Maintain a master excel file for global contract and intern hires; track start and end dates and compensation review (if necessary)

· Manage and track internal employee referral programme and incentive payouts

· Participate in HR system implementation project

· Any other ad-hoc duties that are part of the mandate of the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications:

• Degree qualification

• Min 10 years of related experience, including recruitment experience gained in an in house TA team with a large MNC/ institution.

• Prior external recruitment experience gained with search/recruitment firms will be an added plus.

• Exposure to the FI sector is useful (but not a must)

• Strong HR business partnering skills

• Highly self driven learner who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Strong planning and organisational skills

• Meticulous, resilient with the ability to problem solve

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with Chinese counterparts in its China office) will be advantageous but not compulsory

• Excellent time management and decision-making skills

• Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter preferred

• Proficiency in SuccessFactors (or other ATS) is useful but not a must

• Good with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

• Has excellent people skills
