The Employer
Our client is a leading cloud solutions company providing IT services in Southeast Asia for more than 20 years. The Company aims to help businesses of all s reduce cost and effort by migrating their database to a cloud-based storage system.

The Job
You will be the main contact point for all recruitment partnerships and screening of candidates for interview. You will also manage all new-joiners of the company and orientate them in the first week (orientation week).

You are responsible for:
  • Sourcing for candidates for all open positions.
  • Understanding the candidates' requirements from the hiring manager
  • Maintaining and updating recruitment databases.
  • Planning and managing recruitment drives, including university career fairs and public career fairs

The Profile
  • You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in Talent Acquisition within IT Services.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to build relationships with people of all levels.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders, including the top management internally and externally.
