About the Company
My client, a tech company is looking for a Talent Management to join their dynamic team.

About the Role
You will review and develop the talent management framework to ensure progressive talent management policies and processes. You will partner senior management on career development and succession plans. You will also work closely to engage talents on their career and developmental needs. You will be responsible for talent review exercise and manage talent programmes to build talent pipeline in the region. You will partner business units to manage post talent review processes, close talent gaps and ensure proper follow through.

About You
You have 6-8 years of relevant experience in Talent Management or Organization Development. You have good senior stakeholder management and have great interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
