The company is a leading, global, institutional investor and which is currently undertaking planned, long-term growth of its APAC real estate division. Besides an ongoing exercise to build its core investment team, the supporting operational and administration team is of equal importance. It now seeks to appoint a suitably experienced Team Assistant.
Reporting to two senior members of the regional management team, the Team Assistant will manage a broad array of duties that will include regional travel, diary and expenses management, management of records and correspondence, full office operational support with respect to office and pantry supplies, consolidation and approving vendor payments and the hospitality management of office visitors / guests befitting the expectations of a global institution. Necessarily, within a lean and fast-growing environment, there will be a need to provide additional ad hoc general administrative support that may arise (such as the planning and management of internal or customer events, for instance).
The successful individual will commence under a Contract appointment but which is fully expected to transition to a permanent position during the course of 2019.
The appointed individual will offer a Diploma in Business Administration (or similar) and a versatile, high-energy persona with a proven record of no less than 5 years in a similar capacity whilst supporting senior executives. Interested candidates must offer excellent written and verbal communication skills, high levels of organisational ability and sound IT skills. A strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility and an ability to pro-actively manage multiple tasks will be required whilst an ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
