As a Technical Support Associate, you are tasked to deliver technical support to the customers and clients. You are also expected to meet the following:

Responsible for handling calls and emails to provide customer support and assistance.
Provide resolutions to customers queries in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
Assists customer's requests and/or concerns professionally and calmly
Acquire right amount of knowledge regarding the subject of concern

Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
