We are looking for a technical executive to handle the e-learning and web development initiatives at the School of Humanities & Behavioural Sciences.
You will work closely with academics to provide educational and IT support for the school’s e-learning initiatives. You should have good project management and IT/multimedia skills in order to assist the faculty in the use of e-learning tools and educational technology. With the ability to advise the academics on the use of multimedia/interactive elements, you can handle various e-learning projects efficiently. You should also be adept at building websites and the infrastructures behind them, blending creativity and technical proficiency to create interactive and well-designed multimedia platforms for various projects at the School.
Degree/Diploma in IT/Multimedia
1-2 years of relevant working experience in IT/Multimedia/Website Development and/or e-learning
Good project management skills
Effective interpersonal skills with an good command of written and spoken English
A resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
Experience in graphic design preferred

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
