Job Description
Job Description:
  • Create and administer users email and active directory accounts 
  • Manage MS Exchange emailing system consisting of clustered back-end and front-end servers 
  • Configure MS Windows Serer AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS trust relationship, and permissions 
  • Message tracking, log reviews and troubleshooting to resolve mail delivery issues 
  • Manage email SPAM filtering application 
  • Provide timely response and resolution to all incidents, outages and performance alerts 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve the root cause of MS Exchange problems and perform daily service requests 
  • Troubleshoot malfunctions of server/storage hardware and perform restoration operation 
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability, reliability and constantly find flaws or room for improvement in current Infrastructure. 
  • Monitor the system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning 
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any of IT related field, Computer Science, etc. 
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Wintel Server Environment 
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing MS Exchange 
  • Experience in implementing, migrating and deploying MS Exchange Infrastructure and Office 365 
  • Preferable Professional certifications ie. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), ITIL v3 Foundation will be advantageous 
  • Experience in Windows 2012/2016 Active Directory administration 
  • Solid understanding of Exchange design and implementation, troubleshooting/configuration of Server and Server performance tuning 
  • Possess deep technical knowledge in domains areas such as: routers, switches, network sniffing, Virtualisation and MS Active Directory 
  • Customer service acumen 
  • Pro-active in anticipating and resolving issues in work environment 
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and accountability in work performance 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Good knowledge of latest information system and technologies 
  • Willing to run rotating shift duty
