Technical Manager | Assistant Technical Manager | Garment | Pattern making | Sample room

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of overseeing and planning department operations

• Manage and stay abreast of customer requirements and SOPs.

• Supervise the sample production, provide technical guidance to the team and ensure quality standard is maintained and customer specifications are met

• Participate in the fitting process, ensure sample evaluation report is submitted in a timely manner.

• Provide technical support to sample development, merchandising and production

• Coach and train team members for continuous improvement and better teamwork

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in the field

• Qualification in relevant discipline such as fashion design/textile design is preferred

• Hands on experience in manual and computer pattern making

• Good communication skills and teamwork oriented
