Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Perform/Manage FM projects and daily operational activities - installation, trouble shooting, preventive and corrective maintenance works 
  • Assist in the annual budget preparation and action plans for the department.
  • Managing customer relations and business operation processes 
  • Developing SOP and good practices to accomplish desired business goals 
  • Perform supervision of works executed by contractors/consultants
  • Any other assignments as and when directed by the Manager
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Facility/Building/Estate Management or its related field. 
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Knowledge in building maintenance and facilities management.
  • Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
