With GovTech expanding rapidly, we are seeking a technical recruiter to be part of the Talent Acquisition team, a group of HR professionals who work hard and play just as hard in acquiring top-industry talents. You will partner key stakeholders in managing the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on niche/technical roles. More importantly, you must be an agile individual who not only thrives in a dynamic work environment, but has the X-factor to attract talents to be part of the GovTech story.
What to Expect:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial candidate assessment to interview, to offer management
Identify and create a plan to source for candidates for existing vacancies and build pipelines
Constantly engage applicants to ensure a pleasant candidate experience
Build relationships with business units, and be seen as the go-to person for any recruitment-related advice
Develop recruitment strategies, including employer branding, outreach campaign planning, and talent forecasting/planning
Keep abreast of latest trends and innovations in recruiting techniques
Contribute ideas and participate in projects to improve and streamline recruitment processes
How to Succeed:
Degree in any discipline, preferably with an engineering/technological background
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with a proven record of successful placement, preferably in the high-tech industry
Experience in recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking System and CRM systems)
Experience in internet sourcing (e.g. social media, job boards), preferably with web-marketing skills
Good business acumen and excellent negotiation skills to influence and engage stakeholders of all levels
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
