Provide prompt, professional and accurate advisory support to customers on hematology and immunoassay/immunochemistry products over the phone. - Document product complaints with established SOPs. - Take ownership of customers, develop relationships, offer advice and support sales. - Handle technical queries from customers from initial query through solution and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level. - Develop own technical knowledge necessary to support customers. Position Requirements - University degree in Biological Sciences or related field. - Medical Technician, Masters or PhD is highly desirable. - Minimum of 2 years of clinical laboratory experience. - Ability to discuss and troubleshoot instrumentation and related applications over the phone. - Experience with Automation and Instrumentation. - Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills in English.
