As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will deliver customer service and technical support to the customers and clients. You are also expected to:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide professional customer service and technical support via phone;
Resolve customer questions, complaints and requests to troubleshoot;
Sell new or additional products and/or services;
Provide a variety of customer services through inbound phone, chat or email; and
Assist users in understanding policies and terms of service related to products and other services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
HIGHLY PREFERRED candidate that has experience with outbound B2B sales for technical products
At least 6 months of work experience in Sales and Tech
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge on computers
Good customer service and problem-solving skills
