Job Description :

Basic Salary from SGD$1,700 + up to $100 fix Allowance + up to $300 shift allowances + HP line reimbursement.
5-day work week shift, Training provided.
Call centre environment in Mobile, Internet or cable TV (Tech support)


Our Client is a well-established major telco company. Due to the expansion plan, we are looking for x 8 Technical Support Consultant

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all technical enquiries from customers by providing technical assistance to issues reported by the customers. (Mobile, Internet or cable TV issues)
  • Identify possible root causes of the reported technical problems and provide possible solutions to customers.
  • Report on any trend of technical issues identified, for further investigations into root causes of persistent issues.
  • Support any other ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
  • Any technical education certification
  • 1 year of IT or Customer service experience
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome, Training provided
  • Able to articulate well and friendly, always enjoy talking on the phone.
  • Technically incline, proficient with internet and mobile devices
  • Able to work on roster timing including of PH and/or weekend/s
  • The position requires to work a mix of day & overnight shifts from the 6th Month of employment onwards (Subjected to roster)


Other Info
  • 5-day work week, rostered shift (min 8.5hrs per day)
  • Basic Salary + Allowance + OT if any + Staff Benefits
  • 2 off days per week
