Responsibilities
  • Setup, maintenance and troubleshooting after-sales activities
  • Responsible for software training and on-site service after sales activities
  • Support daily IT operations, such as installation, removal, upgrade of hardwareand software and technical documentation update
  • Handle other IT related ad-hoc tasks when required


Requirements
  • Diploma or above with at least 1 year working experience is preferred
  • Interested in IT field, familiar with IT Solution would be an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Good team-player skills
  • Native in Cantonese, Basic English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Fresh graduates will be strongly considered!
