Responsibilities:
Involve in business process improvement and ERP enablement initiatives
Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges
Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes
Define to-be stage of processes, procedures, organisations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurements
Develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘to-be’ stage effectively
Manage/conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
For Managerial level: Support team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects
A recognised Degree qualification
Min. 3-4 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of how business processes work and integrate in an ERP environment
Ability to design and drive changes for business process re-engineering and organisational change
Good understanding of ERP functionalities of one or more of the following areas:
-> Finance, budgeting and planning & consolidation modules
-> Sales and CRM
-> Material, Logistic Distribution and Supply Chain Management
Candidate with SAP or other large ERP implementation experience will be advantageous
Strong written and verbal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong client service mind-set with good project management skills
Flexibility to travel in the region when required.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
