Job Description
Principal responsibilities
  • ​Achieve sales targets through effective telesales efforts.
  • Recommend suitable solutions to customers through active engagement and needs analysis.
  • Deliver excellent service by exceeding customers' expectations and responding to enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in sales quality and productivity.
  • Optimize opportunities to cross-sell HSBC's products and services, and obtain referrals from customers.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate documentation with strict adherence to the Bank's policies and processes.

  • ​Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated individuals who are target-driven and disciplined.
  • Possesses initiative and able to work independently.
  • Pleasant, optimistic and able to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Basic computing skills like Microsoft word, Excel etc
  • Prior sales experience would be advantageous.
