Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop effective customer relationships through the sales process
Data Base -Sourcing avenues for data mining to grow the databaseand verify details.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by Management
Prospect for new customers/accounts
  • Identify, develop and follow-up on potential customers
  • Identify their needs through a consultative selling approach
  • Promote applicable products to fulfill that need
Build and retain existing customers/accounts
  • Develop and follow-up on existing customers
  • Promote and sell new products
  • Upsell on existing products
Maintain a business relationship with the existing customer by
  • Maintaining accurate information about the customer
  • Addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner
Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Draft, negotiate, and finalize appropriate quotations or proposals to close sales
  • Support all marketing activities and programs
  • Manage receivable collection efforts with Accounts staff
Gather and provide market intelligence research on the market, competitors and the customer
Interdepartmental relationship
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure achievement of sales objectives
  • Foster collaborative team environment and demonstrate ability to work and interface effectively with other sales and support functions to move projects forward in a positive manner
Reports - Monitor the achievement of sales targets
  • Maintain a daily report
  • Weekly sales report to Management
  • Field visit reports to Management

High commission. Sliding 10% up to 15% BUT must reach 60% target set before commission applies
Field work Mileage/Toll/Parking claimable upon receipt

Qualification

A diploma/degree holder with 2-3 years of sales experience

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Good sales track record — able to share examples
  • Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers
  • Excellent command of the English language and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia
  • Flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
  • Confident in dealing and tactfully negotiating with key decision makers from the HR. legal, corporate & government sectors across Malaysia.
  • Represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
  • Persuasive, patient and persistent
  • Highly motivated to make sales.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment
  • Microsoft Office skills
