Job Description
Global MNC Near MRT (Central area) Beautiful office A global brand name in the real estate market is looking for a temp staff (4 months contract) to join their APAC Compensation and Benefits team. Responsibilities Support the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team for the annual compensation review process Prepare bonus calculation models Track merit increase budgets and bonus pools during the review process Collaborate with Regional and Global compensation teams to ensure timely review, completion and return of compensation data Review and maintain integrity of compensation data in the HRIS (Workday), including: Analysis of employee data Monitoring of data up for the review process Skills Strong analytical skills Able to understand and interpret data Meticulous Good with numbers and Excel (advanced level) Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS system will be an advantage Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines HR Generalist will not be considered Candidates have to have C&B and/or systems experience Please send your resume in WORD format by clicking the apply button below or contact Pearlyn Loke on +65 6701 1514 for a confidential discussion.
