Process work pass applications and handle on-boarding matters
Handle benefits administration including FlexBen , leave and insurance as well as training support
Work closely with the internal teams within Shared Services to attain high customer satisfaction.
Attend to staff queries in a timely manner
Consolidate and prepare monthly reports
Participate in adhoc HR projects
Bachelors Degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Business or related discipline
At least 1-2 years of HR working experience
Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Posses good interpersonal and communication skills especially in customer relations
Meticulous and a service oriented mind-set

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
