Job Description :

  • Full spectrum of Human Resources functions with focus on payroll
  • Handle processing, salary verification and taxation preparation, MPF and other related jobs (front-line staff and back office staff)
  • Provide general administration support to HR team such as generate and prepare HR related reports, data input for new join/ resigned staff information& filing
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

  • Diploma or Degree holders in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year’s Prior payroll experience
  • Familiar with HK labour ordinance and related employment legislation
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
  • Candidate with HR/ C&B basic knowledge or no experience but willing to learn are welcome
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Salary: 14- 18K
Location: Lai Chi Kok, Kowloon
Working hours: Monday -Friday 09:00-18:00 with 1-hour meal break
