Job Title:                              Timekeeping Administrator (Project-based)

Job Description :

SUMMARY OF JOB

This job is responsible for the time and Attendance management for Seneca and Smyrna Plant in North America. Involves delivering timely and accurate timekeeping support and data administration within the business and submits for information for payroll.

Directly reports to the GSC NAM, similarly submits timely reports on employee attendance, movements and changes (prolonged absences resulting to inactive status on the timekeeping system) and other employee information as maybe advised by Plant supervisors and HR in NAM. This role ensures that all employees are remunerated timely and accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supports the NAM Timekeeping and Attendance Team; Ensures that all Timekeeping Instruments in each Facility are synchronized and maintained everyday.
  • Process Attendance details for all employees, ensures accuracy and submits to payroll every Monday.
  • Performs 100% Audit and ensures that all leave applications and overtime rendered are properly supported with authorization and reflects approval into the attendance management system.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS
  • Performs administrative tasks assigned by GSC team of FPA Phil like data extraction and data loading. Supports costing function for NAM GSC.


JOB QUALIFICATION
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in Timekeeping transition is an advantage.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
