Job Responsibilities

  • Provides active support for all Portfolio Management team activities, with a special focus on Distribution and Risk Participation.
  • Performs administrative functions in support of the Trade Distribution activities, including document preparation, deal booking, and maintenance of the relevant databases. 
  • Assists with execution of Master Risk Participation Agreements ("MRPA"), managing various activities including safekeeping, signature verification and updating MRPA files for all investors. 
  • Works closely with Credit and Trade Operations on the ongoing management, tracking, and administration of distributed deals. 
  • Manages execution and administration of trade related assets purchased in the secondary market. 
  • Ensures that risk-mitigated or purchased deals are correctly reflected in the respective credit and trade systems. 
  • Prepare various distribution-related reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
  • Works closely with the Distribution sales team in preparing ad-hoc reports, PowerPoint presentations, and providing excel spreadsheet calculations.
  • Provides administrative support for ECA, multi-lateral agency, and insurance supported transactions. 
  • Other additional trade middle office functions as and when required

  • Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, or other equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the banking industry, with a focus on middle or back office functions in trade finance, loan or portfolio management (risk distribution).
  • Strong desire to learn all aspects of Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products.
  • Good communication skills and strong analytical abilities. 
  • Control focused and meticulous with an eye for details.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and responsibilities. 
  • A strong team player and ability to work independently when required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
