Sutherland is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented person to join us as a Manager for Training and Quality. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. If you are looking to build a fulfilling career and are confident you have the skills and experience to help us succeed, we want to work with you!As a Manager Training and Quality, you will be the single point of contact for all Consultant Learning and Quality Services for the assigned program and any associated lines of business within the organization. Your key responsibilities will also include;
Delivery of the entire end to end training and quality process along with the performance results and outcomes from them
Drive all needs analysis and effective floor training delivery remedial training for bottom performers, client required updates/training, refresher training on identified knowledge, skill and behavior gaps
Own the Update Management Process for the program is the main recipient of new product, process, services, tools and other critical updates from the client, owns creation of communication plans to get the updates across to the larger team
Partner with program stakeholders on a closed loop feedback process to improve the recruiting profile and the overall new hire training program
Deploys standard training and quality assurance excellence and client specific processes including new process design, inventory and change management as needed
Plans and develops data management strategy to ensure maximum database utilization.
Minimum Requirements:
Finished a Bachelors Degree of any field or equivalent work experience
At least five years of working experience in the same industry
Work experience at a similar capacity for two years
Understanding of instructional design methodology and development process for courseware
Proficient in working in a MS Office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Can adapt to a diverse environment to accommodate working styles and perspectives from learners/customers
Must be a self-starter, organized, and excellent with time management
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism is critical
Strong work ethic, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills and team building abilities are essential
