The Travel Coordinator, located on-site with a specific client, will provide travel management oversight at the country level and serve as the point of contact for stakeholders and/or the client. The Coordinator supports regional projects and ensures compliance of processes/policies under established global and regional guidelines while focusing on customer service and cost reduction.
Essential Functions Include:
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
Act as the country’s point of contact for all travel-related activities;
Assist in the implementation of new APAC travel tools and monitor adoption.
Oversee vendor contract implementation and monitoring.
Assist travelers and travel arrangers on daily enquiries and service issues.
Ensure escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are implemented.
Update the Inside’s Travel page in accordance with global/APAC structure and content.
Advise the APAC Travel Manager on country issues impacting travel activities.
Review country travel reports and highlight compliance issues with vendors and APAC Travel Manager.
Assist HR/Induction teams with new hire travel briefing materials.
Assist APAC Travel Manager in global and regional projects.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the APAC Meeting & Events Program.
Ensure that ANZ Travel Playbook is maintained and updated regularly.
Support the APAC and Global Travel Team, as needed.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education/Experience: Diploma and/or degree with at least five years in travel-related industries such as travel management, hotel and/or airline.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
