Job Title:                              Home Credit Group – Travel Desk Team Leader

You know you are the perfect fit if you

  • Have spent 3 to 5 of your career managing employee travel
  • Have a good working knowledge of international and domestic booking and ticketing, travel insurance, visa application and hotel booking
  • Can coordinate very well especially in travel-related work
  • Savvy in MS Office applications
  • Are great at managing people, and have proven skills in leadership
As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
  • Checking and validating travel expenses liquidations
  • Managing company-rented condominiums
  • Supporting our travel desk in handling international and domestic trips: booking and ticketing, getting travel insurance, applying for visas and arranging hotels and accommodation
  • Reporting on our travel functions
  • Facilitating the approval of travel authorization for our employees and computing allowances
