Job Description
  • Set Up Project Management Process/Tracking and Build Treasury Analytics 
  • 5 or more years of relevant treasury experience gained with corporates or banks 
  • Preferably with prior project management experience and ability to handle complex database 

Our client is a renowned financial institution. This is a 12 mth contract in its Treasury Department. There will be a bonus of 2 months at the end of the 12 month contract for a good performer

Primary Responsibilities:

Set Up Project Management Process/Tracking and Build Treasury Analytics 
  • Build Treasury Project Management Tracking Analytics 
  • Coordinate with Corporate Treasury, Solutions Group and DCM to put in project management tracker for existing projects and develop tollgate to keep track of progress 

Evaluate/Document Treasury Management Processes and Policies
  • Evaluate existing processes to improve efficiency and control 
  • Document SOPs and process flows for Cash Management, FX Management and DCM 
  • Create a template which is replicable to new processes and polices being developed 

Provide Analytics Support for Treasury Projects
  • Develop analytics to support all products, including FX, IR, DCM and Cash management 
  • Understand all Treasury products that the firm uses and develop reports, measurement and tracking mechanisms 

Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Enhance existing Treasury Analytics as required 
  • Ad-hoc projects involving system implementation and review 

Desired Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Good Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Banking from a recognized university with 5 or more years of relevant post-graduate experience 
  • Preferably with prior project management experience and ability to handle complex database 
  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with skills in VBA a must 
  • Possess strong analytical skills with ability to translate findings into power point presentation 
  • Direct Treasury experience from banks or corporates a plus 
  • Proactive, analytical, meticulous and detailed oriented, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment 
  • Good team player with ability to work independently. 
  • There will be a 1 month completion bonus at the end of 6 mths of work for a good performer who meets his/her work KPIs.
