We are looking for an experienced and talented UXUI designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers and copywriters. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams — an ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers.
Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. colour theory, visual weight, etc.) Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
Strong portfolio in designing and iterating on mobile/ mobile web apps with a proper showcase of case studies/processes such as initial research findings/user testing insights undertaken to achieve the final look/solutions
Strong knowledge in Material and Human Interface Guidelines
Quantitative and user behaviour analysis skills
A solid grasp of user-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Outstanding Sketch app skills
Strong knowledge of Balsamiq, Invision, PrincipleforMac or other prototyping tools is a plus
Passion for creating experiences in online environments
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Implementation and maintenance of design principle across the whole solution
